Favorite Coffee/Blend: To kick off my day with clarity and energy, I always go for an Espresso or Americano — clean, bold, and full of presence. The blends I gravitate toward are Robusta and Sona. Robusta gives me that punch of strength, while Sona brings balance and smoothness. Together, they energize both my mind and my creative process — whether I’m drafting designs or diving into layout work.

For me, coffee is more than just a beverage — it’s a whole system of stories, operations, and design. Once I stepped deeper into the coffee world, I started to see parallels between coffee workflow and architectural thinking. A good coffee operation flows like a well-designed space: every function has a purpose, every detail is intentional.That realization inspired me to bring my skills as an architect and designer into the coffee space — to help shape environments that make sense for the people working behind the bar, and create smoother, more beautiful experiences for everyone. Coffee, like design, is about collaboration — between space, time, people, and purpose.
